c) Customer Data Customer names, contact details, and purchase history that you store within CloudPOS for your own business use.
d) Employee and Staff Data Staff attendance, sales performance, and system access records entered by business owners for internal management purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information
CloudPOS uses the collected information to:

Live Cloud Server: Processes all sales, inventory, and customer data in real time.
Replica Server: Continuously copies data from the live server to maintain stability and uninterrupted access.
Backup Server: Stores regular, automatic offsite backups to protect your data in unexpected situations.
Secure Data Sync: Data is synchronized securely using two-factor authentication, IP allowlisting, and end-to-end encryption, whether you are working online or offline.
While we apply strong technical and organizational safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
4. Sharing of Information
CloudPOS does not sell your personal or business data to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
With Integrated Partners: Payment gateways (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Alfalah), e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart), and courier services (such as TCS, BlueEx, Swyft, M&P, Call Courier), solely to process transactions and deliveries you initiate.
With Regulatory Authorities: As required for FBR, PRA, BRA, SRB, or KPRA digital invoicing and tax compliance integrations.
With Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in hosting, security, or technical operations, under confidentiality obligations.
