Terms & Conditions – CloudPOS
Welcome to CloudPOS (“CloudPOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and ERP software owned and operated by NetsTech Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd, registered in Gujrat, Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CloudPOS website (cloudpos.pk), software, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing our website, creating an account, booking a demo, or subscribing to CloudPOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. About CloudPOS
CloudPOS is the best point of sale software in Pakistan, built to help retail, service, and wholesale businesses manage sales, inventory, billing, staff, and customer data through one secure cloud platform. Our Service includes, but is not limited to, POS billing, inventory management, multi-store management, AI-powered ERP tools, FBR digital invoicing integration, payment gateway integrations, courier integrations, and reporting and analytics features.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use CloudPOS, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in Pakistan or your respective jurisdiction. When you register for an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current business and contact information.
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
Notify us immediately at info@cloudpos.pk if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
CloudPOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
CloudPOS is offered through subscription-based plans and a dynamic module activation system, allowing you to activate only the features your business needs. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree that:
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan and billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.
All fees must be paid in full and on time to keep your account and modules active.
CloudPOS may modify subscription pricing, add new modules, or update existing features, with reasonable prior notice to customers.
Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in suspension or restriction of access to the Service.

4. FBR, Tax, and Regulatory Compliance
CloudPOS supports FBR digital invoicing and integration with other regulatory authorities, including PRA, BRA, SRB, and KPRA, to help businesses meet local tax and compliance requirements. While CloudPOS provides the technical infrastructure to support digital invoicing and tax integration, the responsibility for accurate tax filing, business registration, and compliance with applicable laws remains solely with the business owner using the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
When using CloudPOS, you agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or another user's account.
Copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or resell any part of the CloudPOS software without written permission.
Upload viruses, malicious code, or any content that could disrupt or damage the Service.
Use the Service in a manner that violates the rights of CloudPOS, NetsTech Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd, or any third party.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
6. Data and Privacy
CloudPOS collects and processes business, sales, inventory, and customer data to provide and improve the Service. This data is stored on our secure cloud servers, including live, replica, and backup servers, and is protected through encryption, two-factor authentication, and IP allowlisting. 7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, software code, designs, and materials available on the CloudPOS website and platform are the exclusive property of NetsTech Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Service Availability
CloudPOS is designed to work both online and offline, with automatic data synchronization once an internet connection is restored. While we work to maintain high uptime and reliable performance, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudPOS and NetsTech Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CloudPOS, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay outstanding fees. You may also cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at info@cloudpos.pk.
11. Changes to These Terms
CloudPOS may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, features, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujrat, Pakistan.
